Customized & Personalized Items — Non-Refundable
Customized and personalized items including Custom Sketch Books are non-refundable as they are made-to-order specifically for you. This includes any product where you upload a photo, drawing, or other content; choose a sketch style; or provide personalization details such as a child's name, age, dedication, or custom title.
Because each Custom Sketch Book is uniquely produced for the recipient, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, style preference, or perceived likeness of the AI-generated sketches. Please review your full digital book preview carefully before placing your order — every page, the cover, and the chosen style are shown to you exactly as they will be printed.
What we will replace: manufacturing defects, transit damage, wrong product shipped, or major print discrepancy from your confirmed digital preview. Email hello@kiddiesketch.com within 14 days of delivery with order number and clear photos.
Cancellations: Custom Sketch Book orders enter production within 1 hour of payment. Cancellation requests must reach us at hello@kiddiesketch.com within that hour.
General Refund Policy
Not happy with your purchase? Don't hesitate to get in touch with hey@kiddiesketch.com. We are more than happy to fix any issues you may have.
Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact hey@kiddiesketch.com and request order modifications, a change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
Damaged/ Incorrect Order
We try our best to ensure product quality and accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen, and wesincerely apologize in advance if/ when it happens. If either of these rare occurrences happens to you, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and email it to us, along with your order number to hey@kiddiesketch.com. Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will send a replacement right away.
Order Not Received
If your item has not arrived within 21 days after you placed your order, please contact hey@kiddiesketch.com, and we will promptly take care of you.
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery.
Refunds/Cancellations
Please note, that there are no refunds or cancellations 24 hours after your order was placed.
If your order with us doesn’t arrive at the correct shipping address provided to us and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs, or we will gladly replace the item for you.
Depending on where you live in the Australia, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
