ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.

Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Please get in touch with us if you do not receive a shipping notification after 3 business days from the day you completed your payment.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We offer Free Expedited Shipping on all orders.

LOST ORDER

If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post. Please get in touch with us, and we will start an investigation with the courier.
